The Senior Records Management Assistant is responsible for ensuring that bank and customer documents are appropriately filed and marked to action officers; controlling and opening of files and updating file index; ensuring security of information/files in the registry; up-dating and maintaining up-to-date file movement records.
To provide strategic leadership in business development in line with the bank's overall strategy position. The position is responsible for product development, business banking, alternative channels, marketing, and liability management.
To manage the overall credit function of the bank. This entails the end-to-end credit operations and service delivery processes by establishing internal controls and processes for credit assessment, restructuring, monitoring and recovery.
