Fredrick Nyasaka oversees financial operations, regulatory compliance, accurate reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, and relationships with auditors, regulators, and partners. He is also a member of various committees.

Fredrick has over 20 years of experience in the banking sector, having worked in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, and Finance functions. Before joining the Bank, Fredrick worked at Spire Bank as the Head of Finance. He previously worked for Bank of Africa as the Head of Finance and Head of Internal Audit and served at KCB Bank as the Group Head of Financial Reporting. Fredrick held various positions at Equity Bank, such as General Manager-Finance, Assistant General Manager-Internal Audit, and Manager Internal Audit. He has also worked as an Internal Auditor at NCBA Bank and Sidian Bank.

Fredrick holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, and he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
