Yvonne Masinde is the Company Secretary and Head of Legal. She was appointed on 12th August, 2024. She oversees the legal and governance functions overseeing compliance by the Bank with laws governing its operations.
Ms. Masinde holds a Bachelor of Laws degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Law and is Certified Public Secretary, and an Accredited Governance Auditor. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the Institute of Certified Secretaries of Kenya.
Ms. Masinde has over 20 years of experience having worked in the legal and company secretarial departments of the Kenya National Highways Authority, the New Kenya Co-operative Creameries Limited and the Kenya Revenue Authority in various capacities.
Her specialties include corporate governance, company secretarial, legal audits, litigation management, corporate, banking, commercial and conveyancing law among others.
