Chief Executive and Managing Director
Johnson Kiniti joined Development Bank in January 2004. He has twenty-five years of banking experience. Previously, he held the position of Chief Finance Officer at Development Bank from January 2004. In October 2022, he was promoted to Chief Executive/Managing Director. He has also worked for NBCA (formerly Commercial Bank of Africa) and Procter & Gamble.
He holds a Master’s in Business Administration, a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is also a member of the Institute of Public Accountants (K).
