Obed Terer is a seasoned banker with over 11 years of experience in the banking sector. He currently serves as the Manager, Risk and Compliance at Development Bank of Kenya, a role he has held since October 2024. Prior to this, he was the Principal Officer, Risk and Compliance at the same bank, having joined in March 2023.
Previously, Obed held the position of Risk and Compliance Officer at Victoria Commercial Bank (November 2021 to January 2023) and at Premier Bank (formerly First Community Bank) (October 2018 to October 2021).
He holds a Bachelor of Business Management (Finance and Banking), a Diploma in Business Information Technology, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Part II Section 4.
